Data rooms: manage Q&A-processes in your due diligence


With the data room dataroomX®, you can ensure a structured Q & A process within your due diligence, so that no bid questions remain unanswered. Q & A is the abbreviation for Questions & Answers and describes the possibility to ask questions about certain documents. The classic Q & A process is paper-based and is based on circular letters to the bidding company. In virtual data rooms, the processes are displayed on a web-based platform.

The Q & A tool, which is also available for the „multi“ package from June 2017 at no extra charge, provides a simple way to ask questions and answer questions on the customer and data room provider side. The data room provider or selected persons will first receive a notification by e-mail that a new question is present. This can be easily answered and finally, the participants can be informed by email at the push of a button.
