We have prepared a market overview of German data room providers. A product called “dataroomX” really stood out in our comparison. You could say there’s something special about this data room ;)
The search for the most important German providers in the area of virtual data rooms was not difficult for us. Because most data room providers had their servers outside Germany. An important KO criterion in the selection of suppliers. In our market overview, we placed a further focus on the development & amp; Programming of software architecture in Germany. The data room vendor „dataroomX“ was a good thing for us right from the beginning of our comparison: The digital data rooms offer the right solution for all company sizes – small, medium and corporations. Even large real estate companies can be served. „Deutsch“ means dataroomX means that server location is Germany and that the software comes from in-house German programmers. – So let’s take a testaccount and get started.
The flexible and simple web interface is positive. What we do not understand, let’s look at the practical video logs. They leave no questions open. We upload our test documents and assign accounts for potential buyers. This also works everything from the backend wonderfully, so you can save yourself the set-up of your own mails. Bingo!
If we log in as a user, an even clearer view is waiting for us, which we could easily adapt to our corporate colors with our logo. The PDF documents are provided with a time stamp and the user name. We can take notes that no one else sees. Simply practical.
